PUBLICATION ETHICS
The International Journal of Holistic STREAM Education: Integrating Technology, Culture, and Human Values is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All parties involved in the publication process — including authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers — are expected to uphold ethical and professional responsibilities in accordance with international academic publishing standards.
Duties of Authors
Authors must ensure that:
- Submitted manuscripts are original and have not been published elsewhere.
- The work does not contain plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification of data.
- All sources and references are properly cited.
- The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
- All listed authors have significantly contributed to the research and approved the final manuscript.
Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for:
- Evaluating manuscripts fairly based on academic merit and relevance to the journal scope.
- Maintaining confidentiality throughout the review and publication process.
- Making publication decisions free from discrimination or conflict of interest.
- Ensuring the integrity and quality of published articles.
Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers are expected to:
- Conduct objective, constructive, and timely peer reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of the reviewed manuscripts.
- Identify relevant published works not cited by the authors.
- Inform editors of any suspected plagiarism or ethical concerns.
Publication Integrity
The journal strictly opposes all forms of unethical publishing behavior, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation, and citation manipulation. Manuscripts found violating ethical standards will be rejected or retracted.
The journal applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, transparency, and academic quality in every publication.
